About the Position

We are recruiting for a Fine Jewellery Sales Consultant to join a prestigious luxury jewellery boutique in Covent Garden, London. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, fashion-conscious, and commercially driven sales professional with a passion for contemporary fine jewellery, diamonds, and exceptional client service.

In this role, you will support clients through a personal and engaging jewellery buying journey, helping them discover pieces that feel modern, meaningful, and suited to their individual style. You will provide knowledgeable guidance across diamonds, precious metals, craftsmanship, styling, and jewellery care, while delivering a warm and elevated boutique experience.

The successful candidate will be confident building relationships with new and existing clients, including High Net Worth individuals, international visitors, and style-led luxury customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients in a warm, professional, and polished manner.
• Deliver a personalised luxury client experience from initial greeting through to aftercare.
• Understand each client’s style, occasion, preferences, lifestyle, and purchase motivations.
• Advise clients across fine jewellery, including diamonds, precious metals, settings, design, craftsmanship, styling, and care.
• Support clients with everyday fine jewellery, statement pieces, milestone gifts, bridal jewellery, and special occasion purchases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including High Net Worth individuals and international customers.
• Drive sales through consultative selling, product storytelling, styling advice, and strong client engagement.
• Support clienteling activity, appointments, follow-ups, and aftercare.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell in a natural and client-appropriate way.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle client enquiries, objections, special requests, and aftercare needs with professionalism.
• Maintain excellent boutique standards, including product presentation, organisation, and visual merchandising.
• Support in-store events, private appointments, launches, and client-focused initiatives where required.
• Work collaboratively with the wider boutique team to support daily operations and overall boutique success.

About the Candidate

• Minimum of one year’s experience in fine jewellery, luxury retail, fashion jewellery, or a premium client-facing sales environment.
• Strong interest in contemporary fine jewellery, diamonds, design, styling, and craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident working with luxury clients, including High Net Worth individuals and international customers.
• Commercially focused with a target-driven approach.
• Polished, professional, and well-presented.
• Fashion-conscious, style-aware, and confident advising clients on jewellery styling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver a high-quality client experience.
• Organised and confident managing multiple client interactions in a boutique environment.
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player.
• Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends where required.
