About the Position

We are recruiting for a Client Advisor to join a prestigious luxury fine jewellery boutique on Bond Street, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and service-led professional to work within one of the world’s most renowned luxury shopping destinations, supporting clients with fine jewellery, bridal pieces, meaningful gifts, and timeless collections.

As a Client Advisor, you will deliver a refined and personal client experience, taking the time to understand each client’s occasion, style, preferences, and purchase motivations. You will offer thoughtful guidance across diamonds, precious metals, craftsmanship, styling, and jewellery care, while creating a memorable service experience for every client.

This role would suit someone who is confident working with a luxury clientele, including High Net Worth individuals, international visitors, and loyal returning clients, while contributing to sales performance and the overall success of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients in a polished, warm, and professional manner.
• Deliver an elevated luxury client experience from greeting through to aftercare.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients, including High Net Worth individuals, international customers, and returning clientele.
• Understand each client’s occasion, style preferences, lifestyle, and purchase motivations.
• Advise clients across fine jewellery, diamonds, precious metals, craftsmanship, bridal jewellery, gifting, styling, and care.
• Support clients with milestone purchases, engagement and bridal jewellery, special occasion gifts, and timeless everyday pieces.
• Drive sales through consultative selling, product knowledge, client storytelling, and thoughtful recommendations.
• Support clienteling activity, appointments, follow-ups, CRM, and aftercare enquiries.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and conversion goals.
• Handle client enquiries, objections, special requests, and aftercare needs with care and professionalism.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell in a natural and client-appropriate way.
• Maintain exceptional boutique standards, including product presentation, organisation, stock awareness, and visual merchandising.
• Support in-store events, private appointments, launches, and client-focused initiatives where required.
• Work collaboratively with the wider boutique team to deliver a seamless luxury retail experience.

About the Candidate

• Minimum of one year’s experience in fine jewellery, luxury retail, watches, fashion, or a premium client-facing sales environment.
• Strong passion for fine jewellery, diamonds, craftsmanship, styling, and client storytelling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident working with luxury clients, including High Net Worth individuals and international customers.
• Commercially focused with a target-driven mindset.
• Polished, professional, and well-presented.
• Warm, composed, and able to deliver a refined service in a high-expectation luxury environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Confident supporting appointments, clienteling, and long-term relationship building.
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player.
• Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends where required.
